A&O borrowed this idea from Z-100, New York Creative Services Director Dave Foxx, who encourages you to save this Excel file on your network (with IT's OK of course) where everybody can open it, look at it and edit it.  If everyone starts using it for anything they are planning, everyone always knows what's coming up.  Start by scheduling a meeting once a quarter to brainstorm promotion ideas together while somebody scribes into The Master Plan.  Have a key exec meeting once a week to talk about everything that's coming up over the few weeks. (thanks to Townsquare Media/Billings OM Ray Massie for bringing it up to date for your use)
